Infinitely large

Fascinating in its vastness, the sea is a unique place. Each coast has its own sea. Each sea, as if it were clearly defined, has its own colour, its own noise, its own depth, its own salty taste, its own impression of immensity and infinity, and each of us is deeply attached to "our sea". This "Ocean" series invites us to relativise the power of Man over Nature, where "our" infinitely small confronts the infinitely large of Nature to remind us of the finiteness of the human being.
Printed on matt paper for a painterly look.
